The Kollel has reached out to college students almost since its inception. Our campus Rabbi, Rabbi Akiva Yanez, interacts and learns with students at the University of Cincinnati and at Miami University (in Oxford, Ohio). On weekends, the Kollel arranges Shabbat hospitality, giving young men and women an opportunity to explore both Judaism and the Jewish community.

Our new College Campus Outreach Director, Rabbi Akiva Yanez, hails from Mexico where he was a celebrated soccer star! He is an accomplished Torah scholar and holds an accounting degree from the University Tec De Monterrey in Mexico.
